I spent the first 21 years of my life deeply enmeshed in a very high-demand, high-control religion.
I was taught to be ashamed (and even scared) of my body, my pleasure, my sexuality, and my innate, powerful aliveness.
I couldn’t keep living that way.
I knew I needed to take the reins of my life back, but I didn’t know where to look.
Traditional therapy helped me untangle some of the religious beliefs keeping me small, but I knew there was something missing. I knew that I needed to find a way to reconnect with my body and her wisdom—religious and cultural conditioning had completely stripped me of the ability to do so.
Yoga began to help me reconnect with my body and her sensations, but I wanted ways to further integrate that wisdom.
That’s when I stumbled upon other forms of somatic healing: body-based approaches to restoring emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being.
Through embodiment practices, breathwork, nervous system regulation, inner child work, neotantric practices, and deep shadow work, I began to find my way back to myself. I learned to intimately meet all parts of Self in the reclamation of my pleasure and desires. It wasn’t always pretty, and it definitely wasn’t easy, but the transformation and reconnection with my body, my pleasure, and my life was beyond worth it.
Now I hold space for you to do the same: intimately reconnect with your body, your pleasure, your aliveness.
I am a certified Sex, Love, & Relationship coach in the VITA™ method. This 600+ hour training deeply transformed me by fueling my own healing with sex and intimacy and gave me the tools, experience, and knowledge to guide and hold space for others.
In my work, I combine meditation, visualization, breathwork, nervous system regulation, parts work, embodiment, and neotantric practices to empower clients to release old patterns and conditioning, lovingly reconnect with themselves, and confidently step into their truest desires, especially when it comes to sex, love, and intimacy.
Cultivating true intimacy is invaluable: not just in the way it allows us to relate to others, but in the way it allows us to relate to the world, to life itself.
And it begins within. It begins with truly coming to know, love, and accept oneself.
Outside of being a coach, I am a traveler, writer, singer, flute player, hiker, rock climber, birder, frolicker, and overall lover of life. I’m enthusiastic about markets, festivals, Renaissance faires, themed parties, exceptional food, spontaneous swims, dancing under the moonlight, and laughing with all the wonderful humans who make my life the joy that it is.
