Purity culture and inherited beliefs leave deep imprints on how we experience our bodies, sexuality, and pleasure. Even when we’ve consciously moved beyond these beliefs, shame and old patterns can continue to shape how we feel and relate.
With this coaching package, we will use somatic tools and practices to support you to reconnect with your body, release sexual shame, and reclaim the desires you’ve learned to suppress. Experience what if feels like to build the relationship with sexuality that you want: one rooted in self-trust, freedom, and pleasure.

Transform your pleasure.
Feeling disconnected from your body, sexuality, pleasure, or even your partner?
I get it. I’ve been there, too.
Between the messages we’ve absorbed from the world around us and the experiences we’ve lived through, it’s natural to lose touch with ourselves. We learn to guard, numb, or shut down parts of ourselves, and in doing so, we lose access to the pleasure, connection, and vitality that make life feel rich and meaningful.
This coaching experience is an invitation to come home to yourself. Through embodied practices and compassionate guidance, you’ll explore new ways of relating to your body, deepen your intimacy, and open yourself to a fuller experience of pleasure and life.

Many people say that modern dating is broken. But I disagree.
Yes, there are many aspects of modern dating that are extremely frustrating: option overload, abundant apps, technology and media slowly destroying people’s ability to truly connect, etc. But what if I told you that it’s possible to approach dating in a fun, healthy, and empowering way?
Take a moment to reflect on your reaction to that last sentence. Did you believe it? What is that story you’re telling yourself about dating?
So much of successful dating has to do with the beliefs and stories from which you are operating. Are you dating from the beliefs of your wounded inner child? From the heartbreak of your last relationship? Or are you dating from the beliefs of your radiant and magnetic inner queen?
With this coaching package, I will take you deeper into the patterns and limiting beliefs keeping you stuck and will help you rewrite and integrate them in a way that empowers you to date with confidence.
